Pros
I get the feeling that overall Grainger is probably a great company to work for if you're lucky enough to get the right managers. The benefits are great... other than that, it all depends on the team you get placed on.
Cons
This can be either the best career you've ever had or just another "job" to get you through to your desired career. Management has no consistency. If you get stuck on one of the "dreaded" teams, you will watch as your colleagues around you enjoy autonomy and gratitude. They will bask in the glory of independence while you suffer under the chains of micro-management.
