Micromanaging, no benefits, lack of progression - Anonymous employee Graitec Employee Review

HUB managers are constantly micromanaging the employees, strictly watching their working hours as if they were children to babysitting and not caring for their well being nor their professional growth. This also lead them to completely lack of any type of useful support or insights when needed. Especially one of these “managers” is screaming at people in front of the entire office almost on a daily basis, then lecturing them on how they should behave on the working place. HR aware of this all and they do nothing but supporting this toxic environment with their silence. There’s no interest in talent retention as the salaries are under average, there are not benefits at all (not even one) and career progression paths are basically non existent
