• The environment is confrontational instead of being collaborative.
• Little regard for an individual’s key skill, huge overlap of roles during an actual project. One person filling in multiple roles leading to sub-par quality outputs.
(Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid)
• Favouritism - the single biggest problem in Gramener. Exists in all companies, but blatantly visible in Gramener at multiple levels.
• Low risk-taking ability – Some people are scared of taking risks and doing the unconventional less due to fear of failure more so due to repercussions and change of perception associated with their managers and the senior management. Leads to people being in their safe zone and not stretching beyond and indulging in counterproductive blame game.
