Pros
I work with some of the smartest people I've ever met on a variety of projects that keep this job always interesting. The atmosphere is collegial and collaborative. I'm constantly learning things from my coworkers. There's an appreciation for work-life balance and flex time makes it easy to accommodate family and other commitments.
Cons
Paid time off could be more competitive with other employers. The variety of work can mean you get shifted around a lot and can't always achieve depth in what you work on.
