Higher management team loves to micromanage and berating their employees - thinking they are better than anyone even though the only thing they operate is a tiny restaurant in TriBeca that can be gone very soon. They do not treat employees with dignity and respect, creating hostile conditions for everyone. Constant micromanaging and staffing issues where FOH employees make terrible money due to the lack of management’s competency. Please do not work here as it is not a great place for you to work mentally and physically.
