Pros

I was part of the sales team and my views will only be focused on my concerns within that department: - I was happy with what I sold, who I sold it to, and knew that the products I sold were meant to benefit my customers. -Amazing team oriented group -Constantly busy, with a very large learning curve (but is not unmanageable or unreasonable) -Management that wants you to succeed in both work and personal life. - You will be constantly learning, be introduced to the newest technology, and learn a great deal about business and gain valuable lessons which will be carried into any and all job types. - Some of the best coworkers in the DFW area -I highly suggest if you are looking at being in new sales/ client development, this is the place to begin in the area. -CEO & CFO are always open to talk and engage with employees on a personal level if desired, but if you're the type to come in and work and leave without being too personal - it's more than easy to do.

Cons

-During my employment saw extremely high turnover. -Learning curve can be difficult to handle if not prepared each day. -The company is growing, and bringing in new business is difficult (yet their key accounts department is extremely strong, and the veteran employees across the company are extremely knowledgeable and successful at their skill). - I never received a raise, but I understood this going into my second year. A "Make more, by selling more" mindset, isn't for everyone. (I was offered a counter, but did not view it) - At times you will feel like you are in a call center. - Clients are exciting to work with, but can be draining (nearly all pizza restaurant owners). Especially if consecutive. - Promotions are difficult, and you have a better chance of being converted into a role built specifically around your strengths. Difficult, not impossible or unlikely within 1-2 years. - Training program has dramatically improved since my initial employment, Unsure to what degree. You will learn most on the job, as it happens.
