      Pros

      Job is not at all stressful. Coworkers are easy to get along with. Entire team is remote. Benefits are adequate.

      Cons

      Requires maintenance of outdated systems, but replacements are in the works. Could use additional staff to speed this up. With only 2 small teams, there may not be opportunities for advancement.
