The smaller staff allows easier and more efficien interdepartmental communication. Management is supportive and allows a certain amount of autonomy as long as work is being done.

The training could have been better, but the entire staff was excellent at communicating needs and preferences without making me feel like a dolt.

Every in the morning, there is a war for having parking spots. if you lose, you need to find 10 minutes away street parking. >>Too much work, work, work, work and work. There is a dilemma b/w work and work hour. If you grab regular work hour you must fail in your work.
