- The general atmosphere here is like a family environment as everyone is ready to share his knowledge and it becomes a learning curve for me in my work & life experience. - Since you work in a "Corporate Startup" you are really involved in many processes and phases of many developed solutions, services, and products, which is really a unique opportunity. - We are near to decision makers and we are really close to the management so we are letterly participating and growing with the company. - After working here for a while the company goals and objectives become your own personal ones and you become very passionate about reaching them by time and with the help and encouragement of colleges and Management. - We did find a big change in Management perspectives, company policies, and procedures, by recycling and renewing the resources working in some positions like HR and other departments in general.
Cons
- It's mostly a personal issue more than a company issue, I can't balance between my personal life and work, as by the time I become obsessed with work and completing and achieving my targets.
