Management and Leadership are obsessed with cost savings and will sacrifice good employees for cheaper outsourced work. No foresight into anything longer than a couple months, and continuous terminations of employees to be replaced by off-shore contractors.
Management doesn't consider feedback from employees, and expect workers to drop what their doing if upper-management has an idea. The organization is extremely top heavy, and employee opinion doesn't really matter. What was once a good work culture, has rapidly become an environment of fear and confusion due to constant priority shifts based off no explained reason.
