Pros
The staff was generally pleasant, but obviously shell-shocked and mostly jaded. There were a few veterans that remembered better days and hoped for them in the future, which was a little light at the end of the tunnel.
Cons
The culture was crap, the management too. Overall, this was a place that had an unofficial mantra of, "Don't bring your A-game, it is a waste of time and the viewer is to stupid to know the difference". Harsh, yes, but this was expressed frequently from the top all the way down through the ranks.
