Great coworkers, consistent days off, consistent hours, great pay.

Commission bonus is hard to achieve consistently.

You get a pay check on time.

Company has no ethics , integrity, and is dysfunctional. 3 sick days a year, only 1 week vacation for the first 5 years, no 401K, and they are open 7 days a week...salary employees are expected to work 9 hours a day, Saturdays 10 hours and Sundays 8 hours ( don't expect any weekends off since they are always advertising a "sale") . My advise don't work here.
