Pros
Humble, authentic leadership that tells the truth and tries to treat all employees fairly. Wonderful HR leader who is constantly trying to improve the employee experience. Corporate teams and departments work really well together, the focus is on helping operations. Great work life balance at Corporate but I can't speak for operations.
Cons
Slow to adopt new technologies like AI and Chat GPT, but to be expected in a slow moving industry like construction. I'm sure most companies are struggling with this. Did implement best HRIS system - Workday.
