      good work/life balance, great community of people, you sense your opinions and ideas are heard and respected

      Cons

      Slow to hire which has caused overloading of current staff. It also has caused Granite to miss out on some good potential because of the lengthy hiring process. Salary could be more competitive

      Pros

      Many pros but of all Granite has the best benefits, community, and culture. They have been a wonderful company to work for for the past 3 years. With market changes I will be having to move forward, but I am grateful for the experience I have received. They are very customer oriented and take good care of their employees.

      Friendly team members. Leadership are actual LEADERS, no lip service. The company does so much for the community. Actually have a work/life balance
