      I finally got some decent pay bumps in 2023, $9.25 per hour to be exact to replace our stimulus money and give us a decent boost in pay

      Cons

      Since October of 2023 when I received my last decent pay raise, I haven't received a raise since and it's almost been 2 years next month, not even my lousy .25 cent annual pay raise
