Pros

Before I write any review on a former employer I try to wait a few months or longer so I can have a more clear perspective . My teammates were great (for the most part), location was okay , office was nice and the company does some great things in the name of charity . Training in Boston was also really good .

Cons

The salary is below average (50K), commision structure is great but its useless if your assigned leads are trash (which most of them are ). The leads you do have that are decent may or may not be taken from you if a higher level sales rep wants it . The upper management in the Atlanta office is horrible . A lot of favoritism , if you're a "buddy" of the VP and on a team where the Director is in good favor with the VP, you will get deals handed to you . If you're not, you're screwed . Also if your going to work in this office make sure you have a thick skin when it comes to politics , (the "suggest who you should vote for"), race and religion . The Atlanta office is the boiler room if telecom sales .

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
