Pros

Not too many honestly. The gym onsite is good, conveniently on the red line. A few nice people

Cons

Where to start.... I have been out of that place (work hell) for a few years and am firm in saying that was the worst company ever and the grass is greener people. The training program to start was a mess I was in a two week session and learned another teams job cause they goofed up. The place is like high school and you are treated like such. You must be at your desk at 8 AM sharp, lunch at 12 sharp, and a mad dash to get out at 5pm to escape it is militaristic in this way. The parking lot is a disaster on its own with limited parking. The morale is so incredibly low of you have any joy in your life expect it to be sucked out of you. And don’t forget the company wide meetings first thing Monday morning where the CEO makes fun of new hires and the sales team gets celebrated.

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
