Pros

Salary for account managers is good especially straight out of school. Compensation plan sounds good but you may never be paid on anything. It’s a frat house... you like having fun, being in a unprofessional environment, and doing whatever you want— come here.

Cons

Must dress in suit/tie to sit at your desk all day with zero customer facing. College education shouldn’t be a requirement. It doesn’t take an educated person to make 100 cold calls a day. I feel bad for any woman who has worked here or has in the past. I wouldn’t allow my wife to work here as it is disgusting how women are treated. Even industry directors will talk down to these women. Senior people are praised for selling one deal and then splitting everything else to just ride the coat tails of others. Hilarious to hear them on the phone try to make a cold call when they’ve never had to. Can’t email leads as this company is completely old school.

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
