Pros

If you are our of college and need a job for your resume for a year or two then this company will work for you. Heath Insurance is decent and bonus potential for certain positions is very good.

Cons

Militant work environment. This company is run by the clock. Work starts at 8am to 8:01am or you will be written up. They treat all employees like school children. The only way to get promoted is to get in with the managers or supervisors and if they like you they might promote you. They have no HR department only lawyers so that in itself should be a big warning. They have multiple VP's that do nothing and they have a very hostile work environment. This company doesn't go public because they would never be seen by the public eye.

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
