Pros

decent ammeneities, charitable company, decent benefits if you make if you pass the temporary period. If you do not expect anything, keep your head down ,and do your job- you'll be fine. Just don't be ambitious or thoughtful- be a cubicle drone.

Cons

Very outdated software, poor management structure that lacks true efficiency, a very grade-school atmosphere with uniform lunch times and leaving at the same time (chaotic). The company generally wastes your time when you could be working. The worst part though- they run the company as if all are expendable. Even the trainer essentially said nobody lasts here very long (max of 5 years). If you are like I was, and expecting something stable- forget it. They will throw you out like a piece of trash and give you no reason. All the employees go through temp agencies, so they farm people and let them go as soon as they come in for just about any reason from a bad look you gave to asking too many questions- who knows (they won't tell you!)

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
