Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We genuinely value your insights as they help us improve our workplace and the experience we offer to our employees. We’re glad to hear that you appreciated the 24/7 gym. Regarding the cafe, we understand that its limited availability during the pandemic was frustrating, and we're pleased to report that it is now fully operational again. We take your concerns about being too numbers-focused very seriously. Striking the right balance between quality and quantity is essential, and we are actively working on initiatives to ensure that quality is never compromised. Regarding the issue of preferential treatment, we strive to maintain a fair and inclusive work environment for all employees. If you have specific examples or additional details, we encourage you to reach out to HR so we can address these concerns directly. Your feedback is crucial to us, and we are committed to continuous improvement. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention.

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
