Pros

Free breakfast on Mondays and Fridays

Cons

compartmentalization, non-collaborative, unfriendly, non-team work This company is profitable only by sleazy sales tactics to sell their 1 trick pony product Epik. It is a 4g/5g box that upgrades companies from POTS, and is not very reliable. There is no knowledge base to find any information about our products and supporting them and most people keep their own black book. The different departments do not communicate with each other. As an example you might have 4 or 5 trouble tickets for the same site and same issue as it trickles through the departments. The company does not offer a 401k but a Collective Investment fund which are not SEC regulated or FDIC insured. They do not give you any information on how your money is being invested. The overall environment is toxic and feels like the 13th grade. There is no merit based system on promotion. 1 person became a member of leadership after 3 months starting as a base employee when job openings are not available before 6 months to a year depending on who you talk to. Basically rules are made up as you go along. Skip this company. Totally not worth your time unless you are desperate. How far you succeed in this company is based upon how much the boss likes you not on how well you do.

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
