You can learn cause you have to work a lot a develop projects from the start.Also it is not a big company.
Cons
The always treat better employees who entered because are boss relatives. Salary differences in the same position. You have to register when you enter and when you leave. This is a typical spanish thing from the 70's. They fire people without giving them a reason.They always talk the main boss has a black list.
