Pros

- attempts to improve work culture - pretty competitive compensation - benefits package

Cons

- inability to keep their production staff: developers and testers are quitting so fast, it would make your head spin - currently, most projects requires on-site work, primarily in the US - until recent years, employer didn't matter, management was deaf on team's problems most of the time, until it was too late - horrible firing practices: most of the time you knew someone was laid off / quit days after given person was gone - toxic environment: some people have exceptional love for gossip, talking trash behind someone's back and basically no one cares

Pros

Several projects to choose from. Cool offices, Experienced people, with high level of skills. Projects in modern technologies using cloud services. Recently, the company has been focusing on automotive clients.

Cons

Slightly too low wages. The pay ladder is public to employees but it has a lot of levels so promotion involves a small raise.

Pros

I have interesting projects in the company, but that's not guaranteed(typical random chance, as in every outsourcing company). Most people I worked with are professionals(in all relevant areas). If you ask for help/guidance, you can get it even from people who don't work with you on daily basis. Generally projects are decent, when it comes to technologies. There are no legacy dying ones, which does not mean that working in current projects that company has, is so easy and/or pleasant. If you are into narration "we are all one big family", a lot of integrations, posing for social media photos etc - this is place for you.

Cons

From what I hear many projects are problematic(however this is typical in our job). The whole "have fun" narration is just superficial. There are some very unpleasant stories, about very questionable treatment of employees, that I heard(however, only as gossip, I cannot confirm those). Everything in this company is just a guise. Company has definitely too much money, to blow it on weird things, but f.e. there is no budget for decent headsets, which are our everyday working tool. When it comes to salaries it's kind of similar - company shows off at every possible occasion, how good they stand, and how much money they make, but when it comes to salary rise the narration changes and we hear that "it was hard year".
