      - Good life-work balance. - Team building activities. - Training programs

      Cons

      - You might get unexpectedly laid off after project terminates without hearing constructive feedback. - Poor communication between higher management and employees. - Your hard work is often not recognized or rewarded unless you get rewarded with "Employee of the Year" title which is total BS. - Salary could have been better.

      Pros

      Several projects to choose from. Cool offices, Experienced people, with high level of skills. Projects in modern technologies using cloud services. Recently, the company has been focusing on automotive clients.

      Cons

      Slightly too low wages. The pay ladder is public to employees but it has a lot of levels so promotion involves a small raise.
