Insensitive work culture, as if we are born to work in grapes and we don't have our personal lives . Client reporting Managers really think that designers are magicians.. There is a lot of work and manpower is nothing as compared to the quantity of work .....THERE IS NO RESPECT FOR DESIGNER'S EFFORTS , They don't care about your mental health and stress level . They just want quality work on time .. Irony is they will assign you with the Creatives for 4-5 brands and expect to get it delivered by EOD...Designer needs time to think and execute the design, but managers don't understand this . If you are extremely exhausted and because of low mental energy you don't deliver quality work , they will make you realise how dumb and lazy you are...( Even though you are not lazy )...As I said there is no warmth towards designer and designer's efforts. And people who doesn't even know the 'D' of design are expecting from us to Deliver one carousel post of 8 slides in just 1 hour , including the Approval from senior designers .
