Pros

High volume store that promotes heavily online. Ford and Lincoln have come a long way and are coming out with competitive quality products. Lowest online cash price in metroplex on most new vehicles.

Cons

Use deceptive marketing practices in their online and direct mail marketing. Sales training suggests that customers are idiots, and money is the supreme motivation for being there. GVFL controls and manipulates the customer service surveys so as to qualify for the highest ranking and incentives from Ford Motor Company. Job security requires that every customer that comes on the lot must be introduced to a sales manager before leaving the lot.
