Paid training and real eager peers

Cons

No structured training program, you must learn on your own. Too much material that half way through the training the owner had to revise on the fly. One of the owners was very belligerent, often going on screaming and cursing rampant rages towards salespeople whenever he decided! Inadequate training, no gas or toll reimbursement. A predatory atmosphere! Can’t voice out concerns of what’s going on or else you get immediately terminated and they WILL NOT PAY YOU FOR THE JOBS YOU HAVE SOLD!!! Run, run, run as fast as you can!!! Worst company I ever worked for!

Excellent and compassionate Vice President. Company is energetic and actually cares about the human behind the position, not just the number. Dedicated group of individuals who are committed to competing and winning in the toughest marketing and sales corridor (NY/NJ/PA, tri-state area to me!) in the United States, in any industry. NOTE: Award winner of the month for D2D Marketing, November 2025.

Cons

Company is growing fast having been around since 2020; if you're looking to join a business that wants to win, join here, but be prepared for the challenges as well as the benefits.

pay is low and even if you reach management you still don’t make money they fire people on a whim
