There are some great people working at this company, that are not related. The product is good and the customers are mostly favorable.

The owner is really bat $h!t crazy!!! The husband knows product and knows the business, but folds like a deck of cards when he argues with the crazy owner. The princess daughter can do nothing wrong, yet she has zero experience and knowledge.
