      Pros

      I work on an awesome team! The company promotes an environment of respect between co-workers regardless of title. We have a new state of the art head quarters with a great cafeteria and gym. Everyone I have met seems to be happy here.

      Cons

      The pay could be better with clearer understanding of how to get a raise.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
