      Pros

      From a general perspective this place is a pretty good place to work. Pay is good, facilities are clean, management seems to care about employees and genuinely want to help them

      Cons

      Potential overtime and having to work to catch up on production can be an issue. Seems to be some turnover with some management but I don’t understand why that is.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
