      Used to be a great place to work with great people.

      Cons

      Company culture has been completely destroyed with new management. Many people are leaving. Run in the other direction from this place.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
