      The Kenton Team is great. No Complaints. There are a lot of great people that work here. It is the biggest part of why the Kenton location is successful.

      Cons

      I put in some long hours, but often that was on me. I didn't mind and it helped me stay caught up.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
