      Talented new leadership in executive suite with clear vision, interested in continuous company culture improvement, consistent company financial performance and growth.

      Cons

      Nothing of significance comes to mind. The company is becoming more progressive and taking into account work/life balance, and improved employee development processes.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
