      I wish I could say there was pro to working here but they only thing I liked was being off Fridays and Saturdays but that's if you didn't have mandatory overtime

      Cons

      low pay, short breaks, very hot, managers will cuss you like a dog, no one knows what is really going on

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
