Pay is great and the job is pretty easy.
Cons
If you aren't a family member or a friend of someone in this place, prepare to be harassed and lied about till you are fired. I worked about 6 weeks and all my weekly assessment were good till I made it to a position called 5th hand. At this point I had barely any breaks, I got told that I told a worker that I wasn't going to follow any way but mine, and I had my forklift tampered with along with really degrading signs posted on my forklift and other parts of the the shop. When I confronted the supervisor about this issue, he made it very clear that he would not do anything about it and encouraged these actions fully. Once I got back from my weekend, I was instantly let go due to the allegations of a single employee that I had said I wouldn't do anything anybody told me and I was just going to do things my way. This place is disgusting to outsiders and it all about who you know in this shop.
