      The only pro is you can make a good living when you work overtime.

      Cons

      The company does not care about its employees, there are no bonuses or incentives of any kind & now they want to take away overtime pay. What's next?

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
