      Compensation and liked the work. Very safety conscience.

      Cons

      No real leadership, training awful, and a I will get you before you get me mentality. Career opportunities are friends and family, business acumen and KSA's do not matter.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
