      Good pay, challenging both physically and mentally !

      Cons

      Went through expansion and hasn't fully developed yet!! Lots of room for improvements, but seems everyone is to busy chasing after the ball to do anything about improving the plant. Swing shifts are a killer!!

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
