      consistant paycheck, lots of overtime, you can work 7 days a week 24 hours a day if you want, good work force

      Cons

      worst place I have ever worked in 30 year career, This company is so dishonest and unethical, it is horrifying that a company can still exist like this

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
