      Pros

      Great pay. Even the general plant utilities (general labor) make 19$+ hr. Finishing operator is about 22. Lots of ot. Union shop if you consider this a pro.

      Cons

      12 hour days and they have no problem making you work every single one of them. A GPU can make 100k+ without choosing to if they schedule you every day.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
