      Amazing wages (STARTED at $16 hr+), benefits, Many opportunities for OPTIONAL overtime pay, supervisors were incredibly friendly, patient and willing to train properly. 30 min lunch + 2 15 minute breaks.

      Cons

      Repetitive work and can be loud so you have to wear ear plugs.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
