      Decent salary Some workers can be good people

      Cons

      Management does not not care about their employees. HR makes many mistakes and then avoids any type of responsibility for their wrong doing. Onboarding process takes over a month and communication between departments is very poor. Plant is in a terrible location in a town that has very little to offer other than a Walmart.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
