      They pay well, but it's not worth the environment and culture you have to work in.

      Cons

      Political, managers are paranoid and afraid to make a decision. Worst HR I'm ever worked with. HR keeps managers from hiring and developing the strong people.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
