      Pay,decent benifits.Lots of Overtime and work.

      Cons

      Terrible Management!Place goes through HR and Managers constantly.Worked there many years left for more money better working conditions.Place is a sweat shop 120 degrees in the Summer,40 in the Winter.Stay away.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
