      Competitive wages, great benefits, good work life balance for the position

      Cons

      Constant change at the top, unclear expectations - always changing, combative environment and very high turnover within the HR community. Super high potential ruined by HR Leadership. GPI grew very quickly which in turn created some chaos unfortunately.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
