      Extremely toxic work environment, especially if you are a woman, that’s fueled by the manager of the team & their superior. There is no room for opportunity or growth, regardless of what they say. Run the other way, fast.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
