Horrible management. Supervisors will belittle and harass employees and if the employee complains management will have their back and than the supervisor will get you fired. You space your life away, the environment is hostile. Everyone there is miserable, it’s just all around bad energy. They had a Gallup survey that went to corporate and to only management’s surprised they scored horrible on it. Instead fixing what employees complained about they think providing a luncheon and corn hole to play on breaks will fix all that. People aren’t happy because the management not because they need corn hole to play on their breaks (which no one does btw). They’re clueless on how to run a business and can not figure out why turnover is so high even when employees tell them the problem.
