      Good benefits and pay at corporate level

      Cons

      Extremely toxic work environment at corporate level. HR does not intervene. If you complain you will be fired. Multiple employees having affairs with each other openly in the office. Sr. Level employees showing up drunk to work. Again, HR does nothing. Favoritism abounds at this company. Very old school, good old boy environment. Women and minorities have no chance. Stay away.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
