      From top to bottom management runs by a whole bunch as a-hole who treat their workers like garbage, slaves drivers. So many more to say but will take whole day lol

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
